Jessica Delgado is a bilingual associate attorney at Sesini Law Group S.C. in Milwaukee, WI. She graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2019 and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and has obtained certifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Marquette University Law School and the University of Texas at Austin.
During her time in law school, Jessica served as president for the Hispanic Law Student Association (HLSA), a student liaison for the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association (WHLA), and as a student representative on the Academic Senate Committee on Diversity and Equity for Marquette University. Jessica interned at various immigration organizations before becoming an attorney at Sesini Law Group. She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Jessica also currently serves as the New Members Division Liaison for AILA.
Jessica was born and raised in a small border town with Mexico called Eagle Pass, Texas. She grew up seeing the impact immigration brought upon both her family and her town. In law school, she focused on helping the
greater Milwaukee community through the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic. It was through the clinic that Jessica’s interest in immigration began to grow. Jessica has been developing her knowledge of immigration over the last two years and hopes that her skills can help all those who wish to build a life in the United States.
